This song was a rare attempt to produce a MIDI song without using a click track. The resulting tempo is fluid and irregular, which I think worked well for the song. However, it was difficult to produce, required lots of editing, and I shudder to think of using this approach for a larger arrangement. Nevertheless, it was a good exercise.
