Noodling on the Novation Circuit
Discovered that my Novation Circuit isn't broken after all and spent some time making some random noise on it.

I've had an original Novation Circuit groovebox for a long time now, and was under the impression that it no longer worked. A conversation about live hardware sequencing this week prompted me to try it out again, and to my surprise, it appears to have fixed itself. I don't understand why it works again, but rather than dwell on it, I'm happy to have a groovebox again.
In celebration, here is a random, largely unedited clip of me trying to make a random song on the groovebox. It's unnecessarily long, and it's come to my attention that some commentary might be nice. Nevertheless, it does a reasonably good job of capturing the process of going from an empty sequence to something that sounds surprisingly like music.
I'm tracking the Novation Circuit directly into a field recorder for the audio, the video was recorded on my phone, and the final crappy mix-down happened in Ardour 6 on Pop! OS.
