This animation seems to depict some kind of communication device.

Today I learned about "pixel-perfect" toggle on the Pencil Tool in Aseprite. It seems to color a pixel when exiting it with the pencil instead of when entering it.

This has the effect of making pixel placement feel a lot more deliberate, and allowed me to freehand diagonal lines without losing my mind. I don't think I could have drawn this otherwise, and I'll be using this more in the future.

I animated this one frame at a time in Aseprite and that took far longer than any other aspect of this image.
